Eligibility

To access and use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of India and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• Hold a valid PAN card and complete KYC / C-KYC verification as required by SEBI norms.
• Not be barred or restricted from participating in financial markets by any regulatory authority.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and financial information during registration.

Nature of Services

Money Market Investment provides the following services through its platform:

Investment Slot Participation

Users may participate in group trading slots across five investment tiers — Starter (₹6,000), Basic (₹60,000), Standard (₹1,20,000), Premium (₹2,40,000), and Elite (₹4,00,000). Each slot represents entry into a dedicated AI-managed group trading pool with a target ROI of 5%–7% per cycle.

AI-Powered Group Trading

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to execute trading strategies in the Indian Stock Market on behalf of the group pool. Trades are executed with strict stop-loss and diversification controls.

Research & Market Updates

Subscribers receive periodic market insights, fund performance updates, and investment notices via the Website, email, Telegram, and/or WhatsApp communication channels.

Subscription & Payment Terms

Slot Booking

• To enter a trading group, users must book a slot by paying the designated investment amount for the chosen tier.
• Slot entry is confirmed only after successful payment verification and KYC validation.
• The "Slot Full" notification will be sent once the group trading pool reaches its required capacity.

Commission Structure

• Demo Slot: Free of cost, valid for 4 weeks. No investment required; allows users to observe the platform workflow.
• Profit Slot: A commission of 20% is charged on profits only. No charge is applied in the event of no profit.

Payment Methods

• Payments are processed via UPI, Net Banking, or other approved payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, etc.).
• All transactions are subject to applicable GST and government taxes as per Indian law.
• Payouts are processed directly to the user's linked and verified bank account after the trade cycle concludes.

Risk Disclosure

All investments in financial markets carry inherent risks. By participating in any Money Market Investment slot or service, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• The 5%–7% return target is based on historical performance and market conditions. It is not a guaranteed return.
• Money Market Funds and Group Trading strategies are subject to market risk, interest rate risk, credit risk, and liquidity risk.
• Past performance of any fund, strategy, or AI model does not guarantee future results.
• The value of your investment may fluctuate and you may receive less than the amount originally invested.
• We do not guarantee capital protection unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific product.
• You should carefully consider your financial situation, risk appetite, and investment objectives before participating.

User Conduct

As a user of our platform, you agree NOT to:

• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Use our platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or exploit any part of our Website or AI system.
• Share, resell, or redistribute any proprietary research, reports, or trading signals without written consent.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our staff in any communication channel.
• Use our services to launder money or engage in any activity that violates AML/KYC regulations.
• Engage in market manipulation or any activity that violates SEBI regulations.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of subscription fees, and/or legal action under applicable Indian law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Money Market Investment platform — including but not limited to the Website design, AI trading algorithms, research reports, graphics, logos, text, data, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Money Market Investment and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and applicable international IP laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
• Research reports and market updates shared via Telegram/WhatsApp are for the personal use of subscribers only and may not be resold or redistributed.
• The "Money Market Investment" brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary and may not be used without written authorisation.

SEBI Compliance & Regulatory Terms

Money Market Investment operates under SEBI guidelines applicable to AI-driven trading platforms and group investment services in India:

• We are SEBI-verified and operate in accordance with SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, and related circulars.
• All client records, communications, and trade data are maintained as per Regulation 25 requirements.
• Users are required to maintain valid C-KYC ("Validated" status) before any investment is processed.
• We comply with all AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations under PMLA, 2002.
• Any grievance related to our services may be escalated to SEBI through SCORES (SEBI Complaint Redress System) at scores.sebi.gov.in.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform and all associated services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data, research, or AI-generated signals.

We do not warrant that access to the Website will be continuous or that any defects will be corrected. You use the platform at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Money Market Investment, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential financial losses arising from use of our services.
• Investment losses resulting from market volatility, force majeure, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Any losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated trading signals or research updates.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Interruptions in service due to third-party infrastructure, payment gateway failures, or regulatory actions.

Our total liability to any user under these Terms shall not exceed the subscription fee paid by that user in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Termination of Services

By Money Market Investment

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services, without prior notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms.
• You provide false or fraudulent information.
• Your account is involved in any unlawful or suspicious activity.
• Required by applicable law or a regulatory authority.

By the User

• You may discontinue use of our services at any time by notifying us in writing at info@moneymarketinvestment.com.
• Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy below.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Any outstanding obligations (including pending settlements) will be processed as per the applicable terms.

Refund Policy

General Refund Conditions

• Subscription fees for Demo Slots are free of cost and non-refundable in nature.
• For Profit Slots, commission is charged only on realised profits — if there is no profit, no commission is deducted.
• Investment amounts for active trading slots are locked during the trading cycle and cannot be withdrawn mid-cycle except as permitted under Instant Redemption (up to 90%) for applicable tiers.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

• Technical errors resulting in duplicate payments are fully refundable within 7 working days upon verification.
• If a slot fails to fill (group not formed), the invested amount will be returned in full within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment source only.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion within 30 days of written notice.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent.
• The seat of arbitration shall be India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
• Subject to the above, the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.

Amendments to These Terms

Money Market Investment reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website with an updated "Last Updated" date.

• We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification.
• Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you disagree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the platform and notify us in writing.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of your rights and obligations.
