SEBI's SCORES (SEBI Complaint Redress System) is an online platform that helps investors lodge complaints against listed companies and SEBI-registered intermediaries. Money Market Investment operates in full compliance with SEBI regulations and actively cooperates with the SCORES mechanism.

If your grievance is not resolved by our team within 21 working days, you are encouraged to file a complaint on the SCORES portal with your registered details and a brief description of the unresolved issue.

Verify our SEBI registration independently at www.sebi.gov.in before investing. Investors are advised to deal only with SEBI-registered intermediaries.

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

SEBI has introduced the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) mechanism to provide investors with a faster, technology-driven alternative to traditional arbitration and litigation. The Smart ODR portal facilitates conciliation and arbitration proceedings for disputes between investors and market intermediaries.

If you remain dissatisfied after escalating through our internal team and SEBI SCORES, you may access the Smart ODR portal to initiate online dispute resolution proceedings.

The ODR mechanism should be approached only after exhausting internal grievance redressal and the SEBI SCORES process. Please retain all communication records for reference.
