Refund Policy

Policy Overview

In accordance with guidelines prescribed by SEBI for Research Analysts, the following refund policy applies to all services offered by Money Market Investment:

• In the event a client expresses dissatisfaction with the services offered and requests a refund, such refund shall be limited strictly to the unexpired portion of the subscription.
• No refund shall be provided for the services already rendered or the period of subscription already utilised.
• Refunds are processed only upon written request from the registered email ID or mobile number used during subscription.
• Investment amounts locked into active group trading slots follow a separate redemption process as outlined in the Subscription & Payment Terms.

Refund Calculation

Where a refund is determined to be eligible, the refund amount shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis, after excluding the following:

• The duration of the service or subscription already utilised by the client.
• Statutory levies and taxes paid to government authorities (GST and other applicable charges).
• Any payment gateway processing fees or administrative charges incurred at the time of original payment.
• Commission charges applicable on profits already realised during the trading cycle.

Trial Subscription (Demo Slot)

Money Market Investment offers a Demo Slot — a free-of-cost trial valid for 4 weeks — allowing users to observe the platform workflow and AI trading process without any financial commitment.

• The Demo Slot is provided entirely free of charge and requires no investment amount.
• In cases where a nominal onboarding or compliance documentation fee is collected, such amount is non-refundable, as it is utilised for initiating KYC/C-KYC verification and compliance documentation as required by SEBI.
• Users who transition from a Demo Slot to a Profit Slot are bound by the full Refund Policy applicable to paid subscriptions.

Refund Request Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team via the registered communication channel used during subscription. The process is as follows:

1. Submit a written refund request to info@moneymarketinvestment.com from the email ID registered with your account.
2. Clearly state your registered name, investment slot tier, payment reference number, and reason for requesting a refund.
3. Our compliance team will review your request and verify eligibility based on this policy and SEBI guidelines.
4. Upon successful verification and eligibility confirmation, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval.
5. Refunds, where applicable, will be credited only to the original payment source (bank account, UPI ID, or card used during payment).

Eligible Refund Scenarios

• Technical errors resulting in duplicate payments — fully refundable within 7 working days upon verification.
• If a trading slot fails to fill (group not formed) — the invested amount will be returned in full within 5–7 working days.
• Service not activated or delivered at all due to a fault on our part — full refund applicable.

Rejection of Refund Requests

Money Market Investment reserves the right to reject any refund request under the following circumstances:

• The service or subscription has been fully delivered and utilised by the user.
• The refund request is made after the subscription period has expired.
• The request is submitted from an unregistered email ID or mobile number not linked to the account.
• The user has violated the Terms & Conditions of Money Market Investment, including but not limited to providing false KYC information.
• Losses arising purely from market movements, volatility, or AI trading decisions — investment decisions are made at the user's own risk.
• The investment amount is currently locked within an active trading cycle (mid-cycle withdrawal is not permitted except as per Instant Redemption terms).
• The account is under investigation for suspicious, fraudulent, or AML-violating activity.
